All photographs and images uploaded to TDWay remain the exclusive property of the original photographer. Users retain full copyright ownership of their uploaded content. TDWay does not claim ownership of user-submitted photos and images.
Any unauthorized use, including but not limited to downloading, copying, reproducing, distributing, or displaying photos from this platform without permission may result in legal action and prosecution for copyright infringement.
If you wish to use any photos from TDWay, you must contact the original photographer directly to obtain written permission.
Content Ownership
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant TDWay a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:
